Swing Dance Lessons (at Brandon Music)
Mondays, April 2, 9, 16, 23

Take swing dance lessons with instructor and ‘Dancing with the Rutland Stars' instructor, David Allan. David will teach beginner and intermediate level courses at Brandon Music. Classes will be held on Mondays, April 2, 9, 16, and 23rd. The beginner class runs from 6:30-7:30pm, with the intermediate class from 8:00-9:00pm.

The beginner class is for those who have not taken a class before and for those who wish to refresh or continue to master the basics before progressing to the intermediate class. David will review proper posturing and lead and follow connections and teach several six count moves. In the intermediate class, participants will progress to more advanced six-count moves, plus some Lindy Hop and other eight-count moves. Intermediate class participants will need to have taken the beginner class or have equivalent experience.

Bringing a partner is recommended but not necessary. $45 for one 4-week series; $75 per couple per series. A minimum number is necessary for the class to run, so pre-registration is requested, but not required. Contact 802-247-4295 or email us to register.

Opening Reception: Barn Art
April 6, 5:00-7:00pm

Join us for the opening of 'Barn Art', a juried exhibit of work from 31 regional artists who love barns as much as we do! When the idea for this exhibit was first considered, there was no way of knowing the response, the quality, and the variety of work would be so great. Visit with the artists, enjoy some refreshments, and see which pieces the jurors chose as winners.

A Week of Fun - April Break Camp
